Kevin has extensive corporate recovery experience in industries such as financial services, manufacturing, property and leisure. He has developed particular expertise in the investigation of fraud and the tracing and recovery of assets and heads up our Fraud and Forensics team.
He is increasingly involved in advising trustees of pension schemes on matters relating to the strength of employers’ covenants and in the negotiation of recovery plans and also advises companies on how to deal with pension deficits.
Kevin heads up our solicitor initiative and will continue to grow our services to this sector.
He is a member of the Editorial Board of ‘Recovery’, the quarterly journal of R3 and is a committee member of the ICAEW’s Insolvency Special Interest Group.
Kevin in his spare time particularly enjoys playing hockey, golf and backgammon.
