Nick advises a range of clients from SMEs in the manufacturing and service sectors to organisations in the charity, not for profit and public sectors. Other areas he is closely involved with include due diligence, corporate governance, risk management and internal audit.

Nick qualified as a chartered accountant in 1992 and after a number of years gaining experience with the Audit Commission and a big four firm he joined the Birmingham office in 2007 as a partner.

Nick values his involvement with clients on a long-term basis, understanding their history and perspective and working with them to solve problems in a constructive way.

Nick is a Governor and chair of the audit committee at Uxbridge College and is also a trustee of a number of charities.

Outside the office Nick likes to relax by playing golf and enjoys watching cricket and rugby.
