This review involved supporting a national and international renowned UK government non-departmental public body that needed to re-map its data collection, processing, output, verification and audit processes.
Our involvement ranged from defining the vision, the strategy and the process methodology to take the organisation forward. In addition, we were engaged to cost the entire process and submit the business case for relevant government department and Treasury approval.
The outcome was the client received £11m to re-build it’s IT and internal management information systems.
