The contact partner acts as the client’s principal point of contact with our firm and ensures that all work is properly planned and completed. Depending on the needs of individual clients, he/she would also attend planning and reporting meetings; present our reports to management; and attend other meetings as required.
Working with the contact partner is a team whose size varies according to the particular needs of individual clients. Normally an experienced manager is involved, ensuring that our clients always have more than one point of contact. For some clients a wider team of specialist partners and managers is required. Whatever the size of the team, the contact partner monitors all communications to ensure that our knowledge of our clients is used effectively.
