Neither Chantrey Vellacott DFK LLP nor CV Thames Valley Ltd are authorised under the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 but are able, in certain circumstances, to offer a limited range of investment services because of their respective ICAEW memberships. These investment services will only be provided if they are an incidental part of the professional services provided.

Professional Indemnity Insurance
Professional indemnity insurance is provided by a number of different insurers lead by Allianz of 60 Gracechurch Street, London, EC3V 0HR. The territorial coverage is worldwide excluding professional business carried out from an office in the US or Canada and excludes any action for a claim brought in any court in the US or Canada.
All contracts and disputes are governed by English law.
